Enjoy your breakfast looking out at the beautiful Lune Valley with the Yorkshire Dales as a backdrop.

There are usually some of our farm animals in the field directly outside the window. Depending on the time of year there may be cows or sheep with their lambs and there will always be the hens which provide us with the eggs for your breakfast. There may also be rabbits or pheasants together with the usual garden birds.

We have three bedrooms for our guests.

The FAMILY ROOM has an en-suite shower room with a double and a single bed and can easily have an extra bed or cot added should the need arise.

The DOUBLE ROOM has adjoining private bathroom and a panoramic view of the Lune Valley.

The SINGLE ROOM is a pretty room with a garden view and shares a large Victorian-style bathroom with the owners.

All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, T.V and radio and hairdryers.

Relax in our spacious guest's lounge where there is a T.V. with an assortment of videos. A large assortment of books are their for guests to enjoy, also family box games and a variety of tourist brochures and information with maps for guests to borrow if required.
